The organization conducts comprehensive infectious disease and screening tests as required by the FDA and other regulatory bodies and provides specialized testing for eye, tissue, and organ donors. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lab Testing Supervisor based in Memphis, TN. The Lab Testing Supervisor will oversee daily laboratory operations, manage a team of laboratory professionals, and ensure adherence to quality and safety guidelines. Responsibilities include supervising the use and maintenance of laboratory equipment, implementing quality control procedures, analyzing test processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The supervisor will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain operational efficiency and deliver accurate laboratory results. Qualifications Strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, staff coordination, and performance managementExpertise in Medical Technology and Laboratory Equipment, with a focus on operational efficiency and accuracyProficiency in Quality Control practices and ensuring compliance with industry standardsStrong Analytical Skills for complex problem-solving and effective process evaluationBachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Laboratory Science, or a related fieldCertification as a Medical Technologist (ASCP or equivalent) is a plusExperience working in a clinical laboratory settingEffective communication, organizational, and time management skills
