In this role, no two days are alike—you’ll be the 'go-to' person for our clients, handling everything from high-priority phone support and software installations to on-site hardware setup (like printers) and user training. Beyond standard troubleshooting, you’ll have the chance to flex your technical muscles by writing basic HTML and SQL queries.
