You will partner with product, engineering, and clients to design scalable, configurable solutions that meet complex business, regulatory, and market requirements.Translate complex client and market needs into end‐to‐end business requirements and solution architecturesPartner with product management, engineering, and solution architects to design and implement complex, non‐standard solutionsDefine, document, and maintain enterprise business architecture, functional models, and reusable componentsLead requirements definition, solution design, and validation across SDLC methodologiesReview business and process designs to identify risk, gaps, and optimization opportunitiesCommunicate architecture and requirements clearly to technical and executive stakeholdersInfluence internal teams and clients to drive consensus on optimal technical and business solutionsWhat You BringBachelor's degree in business, technology, related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experienceTypically, 5 years or more senior-level experience in business systems analysis, solution design, or business architecture within financial servicesDemonstrated experience defining and implementing complex enterprise solutions across multiple projectsDeep knowledge of financial services industry practices, regulations, and end‐to‐end business processesStrong proficiency in business architecture, solution design, and requirements definitionHands-on experience with model‐driven design techniques (business process models, use cases, functional component models)Solid understanding of systems development lifecycle methodologies (iterative, waterfall, hybrid)Advanced skills in business process modeling, documentation, and re‐engineeringAbility to influence and collaborate effectively with technical teams and senior clientsExcellent analytical, problem‐solving, and decision‐making skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills, including executive‐level presentationsWillingness to travel up to 30-50% as neededWhat We Offer YouA career at FIS is more than just a job. The pay range for this full-time position is $101,500.00 - $172,550.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.
