At Griffin Contracting, we are committed to delivering exceptional quality and fostering long-lasting client relationships.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Civil Construction Estimator - Project Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Barnwell, SC. The primary responsibilities include preparing accurate construction estimates, conducting quantity take-offs, managing project costs, and ensuring adherence to project budgets. This includes but not limited to paving, grading, concrete and site stabilization. The ideal candidate will oversee projects from planning stages to completion, provide precise documentation, maintain open communication with stakeholders, and coordinate with various teams to ensure the successful execution of projects.QualificationsProficiency in Construction Estimating and Quantity Take-offsStrong skills in Cost Management and BudgetingExcellent Communication abilities for clear collaboration with team members and stakeholdersOrganizational skills and project management expertiseProficiency in construction-related software and tools is a plusBachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field preferredExperience in civil construction, site preparation, or related fields is advantageousAbility to manage projects onsite with a focus on efficiency and quality
