Life Enrichment CoordinatorThe Memory Care Life Enrichment Coordinator plans, coordinates and implements programs, events, trips and celebrations for clients that provide physical, social, intellectual and spiritual development opportunities for clients to participate in. Provides oversight and direction to home health aides on the unit to participate and activate programs and provide services as assigned to residents.Essential FunctionsPlan, Coordinate, and Lead programs that meet a variety of physical, cognitive and social needs of our Memory Care clientsEngage personally with Memory Care Residents, supporting their ever-changing social, emotional, and cognitive needsLead programs independently, with the Activities Team, or facilitate in home health aide participationParticipate in receiving client feedback on programs with the Director of Life Enrichment and Director of Nursing, create timely action plans to enhance programs to match the ever-evolving requirements of our client baseIntegrate life routines such as mealtime and other ADLs into programmingPerform other duties as assigned Preferred QualificationsExperience with Memory Care residentsLead musical programsPerson-centered mindset About RM ManagementRM Management, we are dedicated to creating welcoming, supportive communities where residents and team members feel valued.
