Our mission is to protect, enhance, and elevate the properties entrusted to us. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in Asheville, NC, for a Commercial Property Manager. The role involves overseeing daily property operations, facilitating lease agreements, negotiating terms with tenants, and managing tenant relationships. The Manager will also handle property inspections, ensure compliance with regulations, supervise maintenance teams, oversee budgets, and coordinate construction or capital improvement projects as needed. Qualifications Proficiency in Lease Administration and Lease NegotiationsStrong understanding of Leases and Property Management practicesExcellent Communication skills and ability to foster tenant relationshipsExperience in financial management and the ability to create and manage budgetsStrong organizational and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detailFamiliarity with construction or capital improvement project management is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferredIndustry certifications such as CPM (Certified Property Manager) or RPA (Real Property Administrator) are advantageous
