Chilis - 1688 Northwest Chipman Road - Responsibilities: Act as the right-hand person to the General Manager and fill in for the GM in all functions when out of the building; Support all restaurant operations to ensure quality of product and customer service; Manage team performance, food and labor costs, budgets and sales building, inventory and equipment maintenance; Provide training and mentorship to managers and shift leaders, and give timely feedback to team members; Assist in hiring decisions, terminations, promotions, and raises, and ensure adherence to Service standards
