Data Conversion Specialist

Essential Responsibilities In this role, you will:Perform data gathering activities to consolidate and evaluate the availability of required attributes from identified sourcesTransform data collected from these sources into a standardized format for loading into a relational database modelPerform quality assurance reviews on the digitized dataClearly articulate and report daily progress on assigned workUse software tools to analyze data with the ability to apply critical thinkingDemonstrate adherence to program and project processes incorporating industry best practices, checklists, peer reviews and lessons learnedProficiency in MS Office applicationsQualificationsQualifications / Requirements For this role:Bachelor's Degree in Programming / Information Systems or in a STEM major (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math) or equivalent work experienceExcellent communication skills and the ability to interface with program and business leadership with confidence and clarity5 years of data digitization from hard-copy artifactsDesired Characteristics For this role, I am also seeking:High energy, results driven person with strong interpersonal skillsExperience working with cross functional teams in a global environmentExperience in the Oil&Gas, Pipeline or other utilityKnowledge of linear referencing or topological data modeling conceptsBasic GIS knowledge on the ESRI platformAbility to correlate relational data in using standard relational data modeling techniquesAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.J-18808-Ljbffr
