A reasonable estimate of the current range is: Grade: Professional 307 Pay Range: $66,300.00 - $99,500.00Job Description We are seeking an experienced executive assistant to perform a wide range of communication, administrative, and support activities for the Vice President of University Technology at WGU. The selected candidate will gain valuable insight and experience in both administrative experience as well as understanding how technology is developed and managed at the nation's most innovative higher education institution.Responsibilities 1. Provide calendar support, including scheduling and coordinating meetingsProvide meeting management services, including agenda preparation, note taking, and follow upDraft and edit reports, email, and other communicationsAssist in preparing project and budget reportsCreate presentations, diagrams, spreadsheets, and other documentationProvide other miscellaneous support as neededKeep the VP advised of time-sensitive and priority issues, ensuring proper follow-upCoordinate on- and off-site meetings and eventsConduct research and assist on various projects as assigned by the VPPrepare and submit expense reportsCoordinate travel arrangementsOrganize team building activitiesMaintain confidential and sensitive informationAct as a point of contact across departments and WGU partnersSupport VP and team with other duties as neededMinimum Qualifications Associate's Degree4 years of related experienceEquivalent relevant experience performing the essential functions of this job may substitute for education degree requirements. Generally, equivalent relevant experience is defined as 1 year of experience for 1 year of education and is the discretion of the hiring manager.This position requires occasional travel of up to 20%, including required attendance at designated company summits (typically one to two per year). Additional travel may include conferences, visits to company locations, and other business-related events as needed.
