Maintenance Foreman

**Job Overview:** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and manage construction projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in construction management, OSHA regulations, and project coordination. **Responsibilities:** - Manage and supervise maintenance staff on various construction projects - Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards - Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents - Coordinate project schedules, resources, and subcontractors - Conduct construction estimating and budgeting - Utilize software such as Prolog, Bluebeam, or similar tools for project management - Oversee the build process from start to finish - Handle contract negotiations and administration **Requirements:** - Proven experience in construction management or a related field - Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols - Proficiency in reading blueprints and construction documents - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Familiarity with Prolog, Bluebeam, or similar project management software - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail This position offers the opportunity to lead construction projects, ensure safety compliance, and contribute to the successful completion of various maintenance tasks.
