QA DB2 Lead

Location: Onsite 3 days a wk; Hybrid – Office location is Jersey City NJRequired Pay Scale: $55-60hr W2***Due to client requirements this role is only open to USC or GC candidates***SummaryQA Lead with deep expertise in leading end-to-end quality assurance for large Scale data migration and reporting initiatives. This role is responsible for defining QA strategy, driving automation, ensuring data and reporting integrity, and providing technical leadership across cross functional teams. Should have strong hands-on Python and DB2 SQL skills .Primary responsibilities includes:10 years of Strong QA Lead / Senior QA experience in data centric environmentsOwn QA strategy and delivery for data migration and reporting applications.Lead /execute source to target data validation, reconciliation of data coming from multiple data sources.Design and drive Python based automation for data and report testingValidate ETL pipelines, data warehouse loads, and batch processes, Ensure accuracy of reports, dashboards, aggregations.Follow Agile practices /routines and communicate work progress effectively, Lead defect triage, risk management, and release sign offCollaborate with data engineers, developers, and business stakeholders7+ years Handson Python automation and advanced SQL10+ years’ Experience with data migration, ETL, data warehousing, and reporting QA10+ years of Experience with enterprise databases (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, etc.)Experience of using copilot + AI tools for enhanced productivity validatingStrong understanding on test driven approach along with OOPS conceptsStrong analytical and problem solving ability , Strong verbal &written communication skills.Hands on Experience on python/DB2Copilot/AI toolsAgile MethodologyQA strategy/AutomationAbout Matlen SilverExperience Matters.
