We enjoy spirited debate, crazy ideas, and shipping code.About The RoleYou’ll be a Strategic AE selling Cursor to health verticals: life sciences, biotech, chemicals, and research-heavy enterprises. You’ll help platform and engineering leaders move faster while respecting validated environments, documentation needs, and strong governance expectations.What You’ll DoBuild and execute account plans across pharma/biotech/CROs/chemicals and adjacent platformsProspect into R&D engineering, platform teams, security, and IT leadershipRun discovery that connects developer productivity to R&D velocity, quality, and complianceLead POVs in real codebases; partner with Solutions Engineering on deployment constraintsNavigate procurement, security reviews, and enterprise contractingClose and expand: pilot → standardization → broader rollouts across teams/sitesCodify repeatable motions for this vertical (playbooks, messaging, reference architectures)You may be a fit if7+ years enterprise sales; experience in life sciences/biotech/regulated R&D is a plusYou can sell to technical buyers and communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholdersStrong pipeline generation habits and disciplined forecastingYou're a true hunter - you proactively build pipeline from scratch through outbound prospecting, creative sourcing, and relentless follow-up, rather than relying on inbound demandBuilder mindset: you like creating the motion, not waiting for itOur mission is to automate coding.
