## Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties.
## Responsibilities
- Conduct regular maintenance of HVAC systems
- Install new heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC units including boilers, furnaces, heat pumps, and air conditioning systems
- Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
- Inspect current HVAC systems for effectiveness and safety
- Provide excellent customer service during all interactions
## Skills
- Proficiency in HVAC equipment repair and maintenance
- Mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems
- Experience in field service and property maintenance
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills for diagnosing issues promptly
- Welding skills for fabrication tasks is a plus
- Valid driver's license with the ability to drive a company van

Pay: $20.00 - $50.00 per hour
