The ideal candidate will have swimming pool industry experience, physical strength to move heavy items, excellent leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. ## Duties - Oversee daily store operations in the absence of the Store Manager - Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising retail staff - Maintain inventory levels and oversee stock replenishment which includes many heavy items - Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues - Assist in budgeting and financial management - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling and reporting ## Skills - Strong organizational skills to manage store operations efficiently - Excellent customer service skills to enhance the shopping experience - Proficiency in basic math for cash handling and budgeting purposes - Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems for transactions - Ability to recruit, train, and motivate retail staff effectively - Knowledge of retail sales strategies to drive revenue growth - Familiarity with phone etiquette for professional communication Preferred Skills: - Previous experience in retail management or related field is a plus Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 25 – 45 per week Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discount Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insurance Shift: Day shift Evening shift Application Question(s): Do you have any Swimming Pool Industry experience?
