The role requires a strong understanding of 5G radio technologies, IP networking protocols, and the ability to install and commission Nokia 5G hardware. The candidate will collaborate with R&D, network engineering, and testing teams to ensure successful implementation of 5G network components and seamless integration with existing systems.Key Responsibilities:5G Network Support: Provide lab-level support for 5G radio interfaces and critical 3GPP network interfaces.Assist in testing and validation of 5G network equipment and protocols.Hardware Installation & Commissioning: Install, commission, and integrate Nokia 5G hardware in lab environments.Ensure proper configuration and interoperability with network components.IP Networking & Protocols: Configure, troubleshoot, and validate IP networking protocols including IPv4, IPv6, TCP/IP, DNS, and HTTP.Understand and apply routing protocols to ensure network functionality.Collaboration & Documentation: Work closely with R&D, network engineering, and testing teams to troubleshoot issues.Document installation, integration, and testing results for reporting and future reference.Process Improvement: Identify lab testing and integration process gaps and propose improvements.Support automation or optimization efforts for lab operations where possible.Essential Skills: Strong understanding of 5G radio interfaces and 3GPP network architecture.Knowledge of IP networking protocols (IPv4, IPv6) and Internet technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP).Ability to install, commission, and integrate Nokia 5G hardware equipment.Desirable Skills: Experience with EIS, ASIC Circuit Design, and Analog & Mixed Signal IC design.Familiarity with lab automation tools and testing frameworks.Experience Required: 6 8 years of relevant experience in 5G lab support, network integration, or telecommunications engineering.Appreciate your quick response and please feel free to reach me out for any query you may have.Thanks
