Required Skills: Minimum of 2 years' experience in specialty surgical settings, particularly orthopedic and neuro surgeries Strong understanding of surgical instrumentation and aseptic techniques Proficient in assisting during procedures, preparing operating rooms, and maintaining sterile environments BLS Certification (Basic Life Support) required NBSTA certification preferred or required based on jurisdiction Nice to Have Skills: Prior experience in orthopedic and neuro surgery environments Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances within the operating room Preferred Education and Experience: Certification as a Surgical Technician or equivalent credential At least 2 years of hands-on surgical experience in specialty fields such as orthopedics or neurosurgery Other Requirements: Ability to work scheduled hours from 8:30 AM to 9:00 PM Willingness to travel if necessary for coverage or assignment Valid certifications and licenses as required by state and federal regulations This is your chance to make a meaningful impact in a respected healthcare organization while advancing your career.
