Confidential Opportunity – Administrative Assistant, Procurement Team | NYCA fast-growing independent investment firm is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support its Procurement team in a newly created position due to company growth. This role will primarily support two Managing Directors, with heavy day-to-day support for one extremely busy MD, as well as light support to a VP.This is an excellent opportunity for a polished, proactive administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being a true partner to senior leadership.Location:• NoHo office Schedule: • Hybrid model: onsite Monday–Thursday, remote Fridays • Additional remote flexibility includes several remote weeks during August and around the holiday seasonHours: • Typically 8:30am–5:30pm or 9am–6pm with flexibility depending on business needsCompensation: • $110–115K base + discretionary bonusResponsibilities include: • Managing complex, high-volume calendars and scheduling across internal and external stakeholders • Coordinating Zoom/Teams meetings and handling meeting logistics • Preparing and editing PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, and Excel files • Expense reporting and travel coordination • Maintaining contact information and updating DealCloud databases • Supporting ad hoc projects as neededThe team operates at a fast pace and supports portfolio companies across a wide range of procurement initiatives, including vendor coordination, contract negotiations, and meeting management. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, polished, adaptable, and possess strong follow-through and communication skills.Qualifications: • 3+ years of administrative experience supporting busy executives or teams • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Strong PowerPoint skills required; DealCloud experience is a major plus • Professional, personable demeanor with excellent judgment and discretion • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environmentThe firm is known for its collaborative, positive, and entrepreneurial culture.
