This leadership position requires sound decision making skills, role modeling and direct oversight of staff within assigned cottages. The Inpatient Cottage Coordinator is accountable for the day to day operations including scheduling, interviewing, training and development along with supervision of treatment and cottage operations.Acceptable Experience/Training/ EducationBachelors Degree in a related field or currently enrolled in coursework to obtain a Bachelors Degree in a related fieldTwo (2) years' inpatient experienceOne (1) year's experience in a leadership roleAny equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform the workRequired Special QualificationsCertified Medication Aide (CMA) Certification required or eligible to become CMA certified within three (3) months of hireMust possess a valid Drivers License and meet the driving requirements of the Agency
