A company is looking for a Vice President of Product and Technology Operations. Key Responsibilities Set strategy and execution model for Technology Operations, ensuring alignment across product and engineering functions Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management and oversee roadmap intake and delivery risk visibility Recruit and develop a high-performing team while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence Required Qualifications Extensive senior leadership experience in product or engineering operations within a software or SaaS organization Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and proficiency with product and engineering platforms such as Aha, Jira, and GitHub Demonstrated ability to translate strategic priorities into measurable execution across large-scale organizations Exceptional ability to operate in matrixed structures and build productive working relationships across functions Experience in regulated industries, particularly financial services, with an understanding of compliance and risk obligations
