Air and Ocean Coordinator

Founded in 2014, we deliver transportation solutions to our clients by matching our expertise with personal attention to every detail in the supply chain. We are looking for an Air & Ocean Coordinator position to work in our Charlotte, NC office. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing airfreight and ocean freight shipments while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency in day-to-day tasks. This role requires someone eager to get the job done and contribute to our success.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field preferredCertifications in logistics or supply chain management (e.g., Certified Supply Chain Professional) are a plus but not requiredBasic knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word) is preferred but not mandatory2 years of experience in airfreight and ocean freight operations (required)1 year of logistics experience (required)Strong organizational skills and attention to detailWillingness to learn and take on new challengesBenefits:We are proud to offer a competitive benefits package designed to support your health, financial stability, and peace of mind.
