Industrial Bilingual Translator

Peak Workforce Solutions, (Newbold Services) is seeking a Industrial Bilingual Translator who is a creative, energetic individual with a "Whatever It Takes" attitude in fulfilling their job duties to support our facility in Fletcher, NC. This position will require extensive use of Microsoft Excel as well as various other software solutions. Facilitate clear communication between employees, supervisors, and trainers to support a productive and inclusive work environment.Translate written materials such as training documents, safety instructions, standard operating procedures, and policy communications.Help promote understanding of company culture and build employee engagement.Handle sensitive information with professionalism and maintain strict confidentiality.RequirementsBilingual: Spanish and English requiredProven work experience 6 months to 2 years in translation, interpretation, training support, or related experience.
