Jr. Data Analyst- Convent, LA

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Data Collection & Preparation Gather data from internal systems (financial, operational, and billing platforms). Clean, validate, and reconcile datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency. Support development of standardized data structures, definitions, and documentation. Reporting & Visualization Build and maintain dashboards and reports monitored by Finance and Operations. Prepare recurring weekly/monthly KPI snapshots. Assist in automating manual reporting processes to reduce cycle time. Analytical Support Perform exploratory analysis to identify trends, anomalies, or insights. Support ad hoc analysis requests related to revenue, cost drivers, margins, operational throughput, or customer activity. Run variance analysis and support forecasting tasks under the guidance of senior analysts. Project‑Based Support Support data modeling or reporting enhancements tied to new finance initiatives. Assist with data integration efforts between systems or new tool deployments. Help validate and analyze data for ongoing operational improvement projects.
