Program Director

Job TitleSchedule: 8.0 hours per day; 12 months Qualifications: Required: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience a minimum four years of full-time experience in radio with one year in a supervisory capacity; broad background and knowledge of public radio. Demonstrated skill in radio programming, engineering, operations, research and staff relations; outstanding organizational skills. Leadership and communications skills; motivated and positive personality; and a willingness to represent the station in the community.
