State Licensed Real Estate Counsel

A company is looking for a Senior Real Estate Counsel specializing in Renewables. Key Responsibilities Lead efforts to support the origination and closing of renewable energy real estate assets in the United States Manage a pipeline of deals and facilitate communication between pricing, origination, legal, and management teams Negotiate and draft documents for commercial real estate transactions and oversee due diligence activities Required Qualifications 6-12 years of experience as a commercial real estate attorney at a mid to large-sized law firm and in-house at a renewable energy developer Understanding of financing, development, and operation of solar, wind, and battery projects Fluency with technology and remote work Juris Doctor and bar admission in good standing in at least one U.S. state Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without visa sponsorship
