Senior Java Developer

Job Description We are seeking a Full Stack Developer (Java + ReactJS) to join our dynamic team supporting the Workforce Management Portal. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Java, Spring, and modern front-end development with ReactJS and a proven ability to design, build, and deliver scalable, high-performance, and secure web applications. Responsibilities: * Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications using Java, Spring, and ReactJS. * Build reusable, testable UI components and Single Page Applications. * Develop RESTful APIs and integrate front-end components with back-end services. * Write unit tests with JUnit and ensure code quality through reviews and automation. * Collaborate within Agile teams to refine requirements and deliver increments. * Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance performance, security, and maintainability. * Required Skills & Qualifications: * 10+ years of relevant IT development experience. * 6+ years hands-on web development with Java and Spring (Spring MVC, Spring Batch). * Expert-level ReactJS with 4+ years building SPAs and reusable component libraries. * Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Node.js. * Strong experience creating and consuming REST APIs (JAX-RS, Swagger, YAML). * Working knowledge of SQL and RDBMS, preferably SQL Server. * JUnit test development and familiarity with CI/CD practices. * Basic knowledge of XML, JSON, and schema processing technologies. * Preferred Skills: * Experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe, or Lean Agile. * Source control with Git, Bitbucket, or SVN. * Build tools including Maven and Ant. * CI/CD and automation tools such as Jenkins and Ansible Tower. * IDEs and editors such as IntelliJ IDEA, Eclipse, WebStorm, Atom, Notepad++, Sublime Text, or Web Matrix.
