This role is responsible for implementing and enforcing safety policies and procedures, maintaining regulatory compliance, managing claims, and overseeing fleet safety and compliance programs.The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can balance multiple priorities, influence safety culture, and work collaboratively across teams.ResponsibilitiesSafetyLead programs aimed at reducing workplace incidents through training, job safety analysis, and innovative solutionsConduct regular facility and job site inspections to identify hazards and implement corrective actionsInvestigate incidents, injuries, and near misses; perform root cause analysis and implement corrective measuresTrack and analyze safety metrics to identify trends and drive accountabilityEnsure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and all federal, state, and local regulationsFleet & Compliance Ensure driver logs are completed accurately and on timeTrain drivers in proper use of electronic logging devices (ELD)Investigate, track, and report all vehicle accidents and claimsMaintain driver qualification files and ensure compliance with DOT regulationsRequirements High School Diploma or GED required3-5 years of safety experience required; DOT experience preferredExperience in manufacturing, transportation, or construction environments preferredFamiliarity with ELD systems preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteWhy Join Mullens Markings Inc.?Join a team that prioritizes safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
