Our HQ is based in West Covina, California.Working Hours: Monday- Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PMThis position requires you to work on-site.We are looking for an Operations Agent who will handle both ocean import and ocean export activities to ensure smooth and timely movement of cargo.Job Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:Booking space with carriersArranging for Cargo pickupDispatching TruckersTracking shipments and providing status reports to clientsPreparing and processing export declarations, bills of lading, and shipping documentscommunicating with customers, shippers, and other partners to ensure smooth transportation xhyhwjd Ensuring compliance with infernal policies, government regulations, and customer requirementsProviding status updates to customers via Wechat/emailsQualifications:Prefer 1-3 years of experience working with ocean imports and exportsBilingual in Mandarin or Cantonese is required
