Cashier+Food Packer - Part Time

Job Description We are seeking a Cashier+Food Packer to become an integral part of our team!- Part-time, Monday through Saturday 11am - 4pm, Multiple shifts available. Additional shifts also available for pickup throughout the week.- $16.00 / Hour + Tips (Approximately $4 an hour average)- Paid time off accruals- Company sponsored retirement plansResponsibilities:Use the "Toast" Point-of-sales terminal.Take customer orders over the phone and in person.Provide customer service and answer ordering questions.Address customer concerns and complaints.Take customer payments for unpaid orders.Identify, assemble and package orders for take out food.Refill used sauces and restock work area at end of shift.Qualifications:Minimum age 18Experience in food service preferred but not required.Have a neat and clean appearanceSpeak English fluentlyGood with customer serviceReliable with handling cash transactionsHave reliable attendanceAble to operate without supervisionAbility to handle physical workloadAbility to multitask and prioritizeAbility to thrive in fast-paced environmentAbility to work with team membersStrong organizational skillsCompany DescriptionWe are a medium volume Chinese food take-out and delivery restaurant.Company DescriptionWe are a medium volume Chinese food take-out and delivery restaurant.
