We are seeking a QCI & Training Coordinator in our Phoenix factoryJob OverviewThe QCI & Training Coordinator is an hourly, execution-focused role that conducts daily quality audits, supports training governance and documentation accuracy, and assists CI activities. Check us out, Site Overview , https://vimeo.com/761869694/1b7b9d7dbfLife at District Photo Requirements: ResponsibilitiesQuality Audits & Compliance:Perform routine and targeted audits per the site audit plan.Document nonconformances and escalate critical issues immediately.Verify SOP adherence and revision usage at the work center.Training Governance Support (not delivery):Trigger retraining requests from audit findings or process misses.Validate that training records match SOP revisions and skills matrix updates.Prepare job aids/visuals and ensure operators have current materials.Documentation & Records:Complete and file checklists, logs, and audit records accurately.Support LQSA/QS Associate with SOP-to-training mapping and record audits.CI & Data Support:Provide accurate data to CI & Quality Lead for trend analysis.Support CI events with measurements, trials, and follow-up checks.Minimum QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; some post-secondary or technical training preferred.13 years in manufacturing/quality; familiarity with audits and SOPs.Attention to detail, documentation discipline, and clear communication.Comfort working on the production floor and with cross-functional teams.Preferred QualificationsExperience in print/POD or similar environment.Lean or Six Sigma Yellow Belt; experience with basic RCA tools.Working ConditionsPrimarily on the production floor; standing/walking/bending as needed.May lift up to 50 lbs; PPE per area requirements.May support multiple shifts (occasional evenings/weekends during peak).District Photo Inc.Founded in 1949 by Melvin Cohen as a small black & white photo lab, the business grew during the last half of the 20th century into a large wholesale photofinishing lab serving mid-Atlantic retailers and a national mail order film business.
