Construction Project ManagerPosition Overview We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead commercial and industrial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. The ideal candidate will manage project scope, schedule, budget, subcontractors and quality, with particular experience in HVAC, sheet metal, hydronic and refrigeration piping systems. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate trades, clients and internal teams to deliver projects safely, on time and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all phases of construction projects including planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, execution and closeout.Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and on-site crews to ensure work meets project requirements, quality standards and schedule.Prepare, monitor and report project budgets, cash flow forecasts, change orders and cost controls to meet financial objectives.Develop and maintain project schedules using critical path methods; proactively mitigate schedule risks and resolve delays.Oversee installation and commissioning of HVAC, sheet metal, hydronic piping and refrigeration piping systems; coordinate MEP trades and design teams for constructability and sequencing.Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company safety programs and project-specific site requirements; lead safety meetings and enforce safe work practices.Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications and contract documents; resolve RFIs and clarifications in a timely manner.Perform site inspections and quality assurance checks; maintain documentation including daily reports, progress photos and field records.Facilitate regular client, design team and subcontractor meetings; maintain strong client relationships and communicate project status, issues and solutions.Coordinate permitting, inspections and closeout documentation; deliver punchlist completion and turnover packages on schedule.QualificationsBachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.5+ years of progressive experience as a Construction Project Manager on commercial and industrial projects; experience with HVAC and building systems highly desirable.Hands-on experience with sheet metal, hydronic piping and refrigeration piping installation, coordination or oversight.Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules and subcontractors on mid- to large-scale construction projects.Familiarity with construction software such as Procore, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam and MS Office Suite.Strong knowledge of construction safety standards (OSHA) and experience leading site safety programs; OSHA 30 preferred.Outstanding communication, leadership and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively with owners, engineers, architects and trades.Project management certification (PMP or CCM) and/or construction credentials are a plus.Valid drivers license and ability to travel to project sites as required.Benefits Vacation/PTO Medical Dental Vision 401k Bonus Relocation Telecommute Email Your Resume In Word ToWendy.Alvarado@CyberCoders.comLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
