Wealth Management group seeking Client Services RepresentativeWe are a Wealth Management team catering to high-net-worth families seeking a detail oriented, professional and discreet team member to assist in daily office operations. Ideal candidate has high energy, strong work ethic and a desire to grow as a contributing member of our team. You will be a liaison between our clients and our team members.Responsibilities include:·        Answering phones·        Opening new accounts·        Maintaining, updating account information·        Issuing checks and initiating wires·        Communicating with client base requiring an intelligent, responsive and approachable demeanor·        Partnering effectively with legal/compliance, middle/back office and Portfolio ManagerQualifications:·       3+ years experience in a wealth management or brokerage firm environment·        Excellent Microsoft Excel and Word skills, DocuSign experience is a plus·        Meticulous attention to detail
