The individual in this position must use initiative and judgment arranging job details to achieve predetermined objectives. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Applies principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports. Prepare and posting of journal entries. Calculate monthly expense report accruals. Maintains property tax records, including valuation, tax rate and estimated payments. Accrues monthly property tax expense. Responsible for reconciliation of various general ledger accounts as required by the Manager, Finance and Administration and Accounting Lead. Support Account Receivable collection, reconciliation, and verification. Assist in compiling audit work papers. Prepare information as needed for forecasting Cash Flow and Revenue. Prepare functional reports for internal and external usage. Work with external auditors, tax advisors and other consultants on an as-needed basis. Assists Accounts Payable department on an as needed basis. Assist with special projects, workflow process and system improvements as necessary. Other reports and analysis as directed by Accounting Supervisor. Maintain confidentiality of financial and market information.
