Painter

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in interior and exterior painting and possess knowledge of using various tools and techniques to deliver high-quality finishes. Responsibilities - Prepare painting surfaces by washing walls, repairing holes, or removing old paint - Mix, match, and apply paints and other finishes to surfaces - Use hand tools and power tools such as brushes, rollers, and airless paint sprayers - Apply paint with precision and attention to detail - Perform trim carpentry work as needed - Caulk gaps and ensure surfaces are properly sealed Skills - Masking areas to be painted and power washing - Experience with airless paint spraying equipment - Knowledge of trim carpentry for finishing work - Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in painting - Strong attention to detail for precise finishing work - Previous experience working as a painter or carpenter Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Ability to Commute: Scranton, PA 18504 (Required) Work Location: In person
