Key Responsibilities:Respond to maintenance requests from tenants in a timely, professional manner.Diagnose and repair common property issues, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general handyperson work.Perform routine property maintenance, such as changing furnace filters, checking/replacing smoke & CO detectors, and minor exterior upkeep.Identify and address potential maintenance concerns before they become major issues.Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners like plumbers, electricians, and HVAC contractors for specialized repairs.Represent RPM Dairyland professionally when visiting properties—punctuality, politeness, cleanliness, and well-mannered behavior are essential.Maintain accurate records of work completed and report any major repair needs to management.Majority of properties are in Milwaukee but we have some down into Racine and Kenosha countiesWork collaboratively with property managers, maintenance coordinators, and other RPM Dairyland team members.What We’re Looking For:Prior experience in property maintenance, general contracting, or a related field.Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to handle a variety of home repairs.Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.Excellent communication and time management skills.Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor as needed.A professional, customer service-focused approach when interacting with tenants, owners, and vendors.Flexible schedule to accommodate resident availability and emergencies (some weekends and evenings required).If you have your own tools, that is a plus.Why Join Us?Competitive pay based on experience.Flexible schedule with opportunities for overtime.Paid training or certifications (if applicable)Tool or uniform allowanceBonuses for exceptional work or referralsSupportive team environment with room for growth.Opportunity to work independently while making a real impact on the properties we manage. xaygatp Don’t miss this opportunity to join a company that values your expertise!Apply today by sending your resume to or call 414.296.1215.
