Job Description Luxor Staffing is hiring a MIG/Flux Core Welder pays up to $25 per hour 1st shift available. Weekly pay, possible overtime, incentive and bonus programs, optional direct deposit, benefits from day 1 on the job and much more!Job duties:Set up welding equipment, including electrodes, cables, and power supplyPerform welding in various positions (flat, vertical, overhead)Maintain proper arc, speed, and weld qualityInspect welds and apply filler materials as neededClean, prep, and position materials for weldingRepair parts, fill gaps, and remove excess weld materialPreheat materials and tack assemblies as requiredFollow instructions from supervisors and complete assigned tasksRequirements:2+ years of fabrication or welding experienceStrong knowledge of metal/steel fabricationAbility to work in a fast-paced team environmentGood communication and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail and organization skillsCompany DescriptionLuxor Staffing offers a corporate staffing experience, yet we provide the hands-on service normally expected only from a small, locally-owned firm.
