This role partners closely with operations leadership to ensure HR practices align with company goals, foster employee engagement, and maintain a safe, productive workplace. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a hands-on approach, and experience in manufacturing or industrial settings. Qualifications: Background in HR operations with hands-on experience managing employee leave programs, attendance tracking, and supporting company-wide HR initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Skilled in advising managers and employees on performance management, employee relations, and other workplace matters. Proficient in leveraging HR systems and metrics — experienced in generating, analyzing, and presenting HR reports and data in a clear, actionable format. Interested in hearing more?
