You'll oversee all aspects of execution, ensuring contracts are delivered flawlessly, on time, and to the highest standard. Acting as the on-site leader, you'll manage subcontractors, safeguard quality, ensure safety compliance, and deliver a remarkable customer experience from start to finish — with minimal supervision and maximum impactWhat will you do?Serve as the on-site expert, leader, and primary communicator for assigned projectsCoordinate with dispatch, procurement, and customer success teams to keep projects running smoothlySupervise and lead subcontractors and crews — ensuring safety, teamwork, discipline, and high-quality workmanshipReview and understand the project scope and specifications before work beginsTrack and verify material and equipment deliveries, reporting discrepancies to procurementAdvise customers on potential scope changes and process change orders directlyEnsure OSHA compliance and adherence to all applicable regulationsMonitor and inspect installation quality throughout each projectCommunicate proactively and effectively with both customers and internal teams at every stage. Use technical knowledge, attention to detail, and customer service skills to start, run, and close projects on timePerform other duties as assignedRequirements2+ years in construction project management or site supervision with direct customer interactionHands-on experience in residential construction; experience with roofing, siding, and/or window and door installation is idealProven ability to deliver 5-star experiences to clientsStrong skills in guiding teams, enforcing standards, and managing performanceExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skillsFamiliarity with Google Workspace and DocuSignAbility to manage schedules using a digital calendarUnderstanding of contracts, subcontracts, and terms & conditionsSelf-motivated, disciplined, resourceful, and comfortable working with ambiguityProfessional demeanor and presentationOSHA certificationsValid driver's license with an acceptable driving record, and demonstrated adherence to company safety standardsWillingness to learn and grow with the companyCompensationBase Salary: $60,000 - $80,000Company gas cardCompany vehicle, including insurance and fuel coverageBenefitsAn unmatched, high-energy company environment401(k): Company match after 6 monthsUnited Healthcare (medical, dental, vision) with company contribution after 60 daysPTO: Unlimited plan after 60 days
