What You'll Be Doing Lead the design, development, and maintenance of advanced test automation frameworks to ensure efficient and consistent testing across the enterprise. Serve as a technical leader, driving the definition and enforcement of testing standards, automation strategies , and best practices across the SDLC. Design and implement solutions for test data management (generating, managing, and cleaning test data) and integrate testing tools into the CI/CD pipeline . Collaborate with infrastructure teams to configure scalable testing environments and advocate for continuous improvements in platform quality engineering. What We're Looking For Bachelor's Degree in a related technical field (Computer Science, Software Engineering, etc.). 8+ years of work experience in Software Engineering, Quality Engineering, or DevSecOps. Mandatory: Strong proficiency in programming/coding and development of Test Automation Frameworks/Solutions . Deep understanding of DevOps concepts (CI/CD, Version Control - Git) and cloud platforms like AWS . Experience with specific tools like Cypress and API Automation is highly desirable. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to mentor junior engineers and drive quality initiatives.
