Account & Program Manager

The RoleBrand New is looking for a Project Manager to own the day to day across programs within our client portfolio. You'll sit at the intersection of creative ambition and operational reality, keeping projects on time, on budget, and on brand. From talent-led, cultural tentpoles to immersive brand experiences, you'll be the person who makes it all actually happen.What You'll DoOwn project timelines, budgets, and resource plans across multiple experiential programmes simultaneouslyRun day-to-day communication between creative, production, talent, strategy, and client teamsBuild and manage detailed production schedules for live events, talent-led content, and immersive brand experiencesIdentify risks early, escalate decisively, and implement contingency plans before problems become crisesManage vendor and supplier relationships alongside production, including fabricators, AV teams, tech partners, and venue contactsLead on-site during activations, overseeing load-in, live execution, and strikeTrack project financials including purchase orders, invoicing, reconciliation, and margin reportingDevelop and refine internal processes that make the team faster and sharper on future projectsBrief and coordinate freelance support during peak periodsContribute to post-event debriefs with clear, data-informed recommendations for improvementWhat You Bring6+ years of project management experience within a talent or activation-focused agencyProven track record delivering large-scale live experiences on time and on budgetUnderstanding of content and experiential productionExceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams without losing detailComfortable operating in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments where the brief can shift quicklyStrong financial acumen: experienced in building and managing six-figure project budgetsConfident on-site leader who stays calm under pressureExcellent communicator across all levels, from junior creatives to C-suite clientsWillingness to travel for events and activations as requiredNew York / Los Angeles (Hybrid), 4+ Years, Reports to: Managing Director*NO RECRUITERS PLEASE*At Brand New: A Collective, we value diversity and the uniqueness of all people.
