Strong preference for experience in a higher education admissions environmentPreferred - Salesforce, TargetX/SlateJob description:Admissions Manager, Graduate & Executive Degree Programs AdmissionsThe Admissions Manager, Graduate & Executive Degree Programs Admissions manages all activities related to admissions for our Executive Master's in Leadership - Greece (EML-G) and Executive Master's in Leadership - Qatar (EML-Q) programs and is responsible for monitoring and managing admissions inboxes and supporting applicants through the admissions process. The Admissions Manager is responsible for supporting all aspects of admissions for EML-G and EML-Q, including overseeing systems related to the application process, reading applications, credential evaluation and decision processing for all applications.Duties include but are not limited to: Do first review of all applications, process applications and ensure accurate processing of all applicant files. This includes checking all documents have been received (with oversight of GPA calculations, verification of degree conferral, and verification of official documents and test scores), ensuring all files are distributed to the Admissions Committee for review, and managing the processing of all admissions decisions.Schedule admissions interviews with appropriate staff and faculty members as needed.Deliver decisions in a timely fashion to applicants; respond to follow-up inquiries to enhance yield, and refer inquiries to other campus offices as appropriate.Manage and monitor the admissions inboxes, as assigned.Answer admissions phone lines, helping prospective students with their questions and rerouting as necessary.Help in managing admissions databases to track all applicants and the current status of each application.Compile weekly admissions statistics.Requirements and Qualifications: Bachelor's degreeFamiliarity with MS Word and ExcelOutstanding verbal and written communication skillsOutstanding interpersonal abilities and a poised, professional demeanorAbility to exercise good judgment in maintaining confidential dataCritical ability to multi-task, prioritize and executeCritical eye for detailConfidence to take initiative, ask questions and make recommendations with the end goal of process improvement and customer satisfactionTeam playerStrong preference for experience in a higher education admissions environ
