This shift will start at 4:30 am and end 1:00 pm.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesReads and understands production schedules and assembles in sequence.Understands Apriso, and reports production and downtime appropriately.Safely operates all manual gluing equipment with required cycle times and quality standards.Functions as a team member and contributes to departmental production and quality goals.Performs troubleshooting processes and minor preventive maintenance on machines in accordance with procedures and checklists.Verifies parts are in compliance with quality standards as outlined in operating procedures.Communicates all equipment issues that may hinder production and/or quality.Performs any other duties as assigned by the area leader.Qualifications and Basic Skills2+ years of experience in manufacturingAble to bend, stoop, reach, grip, and lift 40 lbs. on a repetitive basis.Able to sit, stand, and walk for 8-10 hour periods.Must be able to communicate in English concisely, both verbally and in writing.At Electrolux, we take responsibility for our development in a supportive environment where we embrace our differences and learn from each other.
