Here is a summary of what we need from you: Experience in maintaining the cleanliness and overall visual condition of interior and exterior spaces. Experience with minor building and grounds maintenance. Snow removal experience. It will be mandatory. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required to interact with residents, vendors, and office staff. Standard background check and drug screening required.
