Job DescriptionSeguin Chevrolet have an immediate opening for an Express Lube Tech!Family-Owned Business *** Competitive Pay and Benefits *** 401(k) *** Paid VacationFull Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Perform multipoint inspectionsInspect and replace vehicle fluids, filters, and belts as neededRotate tires and perform tire repairs or replacementsCommunicate additional service/repair needs to service advisorsCheck tire pressure and wearLubricate moving parts with specified lubricantsProvide excellent customer serviceMaintain a clean and organized work areaAdhere to all company policies, procedures, safety standards and codes of conductFollow safety procedures to avoid exposure to fumes, dirt and harsh chemicalsFollow dealership procedures to dispose of used chemicals and productsSkills:Must meet dealership’s requirements for employmentAbility to read/comprehend written instructions and informationAbility to use power tools and other equipment safely and effectivelyAttention to detail to ensure accurate completion of tasksMust have a valid driver license and be able to operate manual transmissionsPrior experience is a PLUS though willing to train the right personEffective communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standardsAbility to perform heavy lifting as required for job dutiesExperience working in a dealership or automotive service environment is a plusNote: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
