Assistant Medical Writer - Hybrid Role

This role will be hybrid, with 3 days in the office, based out of our Philadelphia office.RequirementsJob ResponsibilitiesWork closely with Content, Production, and Account Management teams to create medical training products and ensure medical accuracyCreate accompanying training products such as workbooks, virtual classrooms, visual summaries, assessment questions, and moreEnsure medical accuracy of products by reviewing scientific literature, textbooks, and prescribing information to support claimsAssists with developing and maintaining artificial intelligence and (AI) chatbots on pharmaceutical informationWork on multiple projects at a time and allocate time according to job priorityA passion for simplifying complex science for the broader publicAbility to accurately review complex materials including texts, graphics, audio, and videos with excellent attention to detailAbility to work in a deadline-oriented environment; good organizational, multitasking, and prioritizing skillsExcellent team playerStrong verbal and written communication skillsBackground in science, medicine, or pharmaceuticals preferredInstructional design and/or experience writing training materials is a plusProficiency with MS Office Suite and Adobe AcrobatEducationBachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related field requiredMaster's degree in related field preferredBenefits401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insurance
