Campfire is looking for a driven, high-energy Sales Development Representative to join our fast-growing team. This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of direct SDR experience, who thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment and is looking for a clear path to become an Account Executive.You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our prospects—owning outbound prospecting and building qualified pipeline through thoughtful, targeted outreach, while supporting inbound leads as they come in. You’ll work closely with finance and operations leaders, helping them understand how Campfire can transform their workflows.What You’ll DoGenerate qualified pipeline through high-volume outbound prospecting (email, cold calls, and social) to finance and operations leadersIdentify and engage decision-makers and key stakeholders at target accountsRun intro and discovery calls to understand prospect pain points and evaluate fitRespond quickly to inbound interest and qualify meetings before handing off to AEsMaintain clean, detailed activity and pipeline records in HubSpot (and/or Apollo)Partner with Account Executives on messaging, prospect strategy, and smooth lead handoffsContinuously refine outbound messaging, targeting, and campaigns as we scaleWhat We’re Looking For1–2 years of direct SDR experience in B2B SaaS, with a strong preference for candidates who have sold ERP, finance, or operations softwareStrong experience generating and qualifying pipeline through outbound prospecting.You’re hungry, coachable, and thrive in ambiguity — you take initiative and figure things outConfident communicator — written, verbal, and over videoOrganized and self-motivated with strong follow-throughExperience with HubSpot, Apollo, or similar sales engagement tools is a plusBonus: Experience selling to finance or operations teamsPassion for startups and building something from the ground upWhy Join Us?Clear path to AE — this role is built to promote into closing rolesExposure to a modern go-to-market motion with smart, strategic buyersYou’ll be part of a collaborative, growing team where your work has immediate impactCompetitive salary, commission, and benefits
