This role involves providing remote and on-site support, handling a variety of network and system management tasks, and ensuring optimal performance of client IT environments.Key ResponsibilitiesAdministration of Windows servers in SMB environmentsBatch and PowerShell scriptingServer deployments and migrationsGroup Policy creation and maintenanceMake recommendations for hardware and software upgradesConfiguration and deployment of SMB class routers, switches, and access pointsConfiguration and troubleshooting of site-to-site VPN connectionsMonitoring and maintenance of network attached devices such as NAS devices, printers, and camera systemsProvide remote support for desktops, laptops, printers, servers, and other computer-related devicesProvide on-site support at client locationsOnsite 4 days a week, with 5 calls per day (total of 20 calls daily)Handle Level 2 Service Desk support using the ITSM Tool Team DynamixSupport enterprise-level Windows 10-11 environmentsRequired SkillsExperience with Windows Server management in SMB environmentsITSM - (TeamDynamix or related tool)Proficiency in Batch and PowerShell scriptingKnowledge of server deployment and migration processesFamiliarity with Group Policy creation and maintenanceAbility to configure and troubleshoot network devices including routers, switches, and access pointsExperience with VPN configuration and troubleshootingMonitoring and maintenance of NAS devices, printers, and camera systemsRemote support skills for desktops, laptops, and peripheralsExperience with enterprise-level Windows 10-11 environmentsAbility to handle Level 2 Service Desk support using ITSM toolsStrong troubleshooting and customer support skillsPreferred SkillsExperience with network management and hardware/software upgrade recommendationsKnowledge of SMB network configurationsExperience supporting enterprise IT environmentsAbility to handle multiple calls and support requests efficientlyWhy Should I Apply?This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment supporting multiple clients with a focus on Windows server and network management.
