Travel RN- Step-Down Unit (Contract Role)Location: Culver City, CA 90232Shift: 12-hr ShiftContract Length: 8 WeeksHours: 36 hours per weekWeekly Pay: $1,872 - $2,016; (Negotiable based on experience)Key Responsibilities:Provide direct patient care to high-acuity individuals transitioning from ICU-level care.Monitor and interpret telemetry, manage IV drips, and respond to rapid changes in patient condition.Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to implement individualized care plans.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and document care in the electronic medical record (EMR).Perform frequent assessments and respond appropriately to abnormal vital signs or lab values.Educate patients and families about ongoing care and discharge planning.Adhere to hospital protocols, infection control standards, and safety policies.Required Requirements:Active RN License (California)BLS & ACLS Certifications (American Heart Association)Minimum 1-2 years of recent SDU or Telemetry experienceExperience with ventilators, cardiac drips, and telemetry monitoringReady to join us?
