You will work closely with customers to understand their applications and provide technical solutions using Poclain's hydraulic technologies, while driving sales growth and developing long-term partnerships.This position plays a key role in expanding market presence, supporting distributor partners, and delivering value-driven solutions to customers across the mobile equipment industry. What You'll DoBusiness DevelopmentIdentify and develop new business opportunities within your assigned territoryProspect new customers and applications aligned with targeted marketsAnalyze market potential and develop strategic plans to grow the territoryBuild and maintain a strong pipeline through lead qualification and prospectingConduct commercial negotiations, develop proposals, and close sales opportunitiesCustomer & Distributor Relationship ManagementServe as the primary contact for customers and distributor partners within your territoryBuild strong relationships that promote long-term customer loyaltyManage distributor partnerships including goal setting, joint visits, and performance reviewsIdentify training needs and support distributor participation in product trainingPromote the use of digital tools and platforms such as eSHOPAccount ManagementDevelop and execute account plans for key customersCoordinate internally with departments such as Engineering, Marketing, Logistics, Quality, and Finance to ensure customer satisfactionSupport pricing strategy and maintain pricing information in company systemsMonitor customer accounts and help ensure timely payments within credit guidelinesSales Performance & ReportingMeet or exceed territory sales targets and business objectivesMaintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline development, and customer interactions in CRM toolsProvide regular reporting on sales performance, market trends, and customer visitsSupport sales forecasting and demand planning activitiesWhat We're Looking ForEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field preferredExperience in technical sales, industrial sales, or fluid power/hydraulics industry preferredSkills & CompetenciesExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsStrong negotiation and commercial sales skillsAbility to understand technical applications and customer equipment needsExperience with value-based selling approachesKnowledge of the fluid power, hydraulics, or mobile equipment industry preferredProficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft OfficeAbility to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teamsResults-driven with strong organizational skillsWhy Join Poclain HydraulicsPoclain Hydraulics designs and manufactures innovative hydraulic systems used in mobile equipment around the world.
