Job Title: Recruiter 1Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting interviews, checking references, making offers, and facilitating orientation for new employees. This role also includes performing exit interviews and processing changes in employee status. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a related area and 0-2 years of experience in recruiting or a similar field. The Recruiter will rely on established guidelines to perform job functions and will work under immediate supervision.ResponsibilitiesConduct interviews and check references for potential employees.Make job offers and conduct orientation for new hires.Perform exit interviews and process changes in employee status.Adhere to pre-established guidelines and instructions for recruiting tasks.Communicate effectively with candidates and stakeholders.Maintain high standards of accuracy and quality in onboarding workflows.Meet service level agreements and quality metrics.Identify and escalate any blockers appropriately.Essential SkillsBachelor's degree in a relevant field.0-2 years of experience in recruiting or a related area.Strong written communication skills.Ability to execute defined processes with minimal supervision.Proficiency in MS Office and technical tools.Attention to detail in managing candidate workflows.Capability to follow and document processes consistently.Additional Skills & QualificationsBackground in areas like immigration, relocation, or IT logistics.Experience with compliance or regulatory requirements.Familiarity with HR processes.Knowledge of business functions such as AWS, Stores, or G&A.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Comfort with ambiguity and adaptability to new processes.Work EnvironmentThe position is based in a professional office environment, requiring comfort with data entry, spreadsheets, and basic reporting tools. The role demands clear communication and adherence to structured guidelines and templates.
