Job Description: Onsite Assembler Location: Addium Inc., Pullman HQ - 1300 NE Henley Ct, Pullman, WA Pay Range: $18.00 - $19.25 per hour Addium Inc. is seeking an experienced onsite Assembler to join our team at our office in Pullman, WA. As a key part of our Production/Service department, you will contribute to our mission of raising the bar in quality, efficiency, and teamwork. Responsibilities: Collaborate within a team to meet daily production goals. Communicate effectively with department supervisors and team members. Follow detailed instructions and work independently to complete tasks. Show a willingness to learn new skills and adapt to new processes. Typically work a day or evening shift as needed. Necessary Qualifications: Proven assembly skills, to be assessed during the application process. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, with reasonable accommodation if necessary. Professional, responsible attitude with a commitment to quality and teamwork. Proficient in written and verbal communication. Must provide references. Must complete a criminal background check within one week of receiving a job offer. Must be located within a commutable distance to Pullman, WA, and have the legal right to work in the U.S. Preferred Qualifications: Mechanical assembly and soldering experience. At least 1 year of production experience. Experience in assembly or customer service in a fast-paced environment.
